Formed in 1996 by registered patent attorneys Jean Macheledt, Jennifer Bales and Kristine Johnson, Macheledt Bales & Heidmiller provides patent law related services for technology transfer offices within universities, as well as technology transfer offices that serve universities through a foundation structure, in addition to providing a full range of intellectual property law related services for corporations, emerging businesses, and a select number of independent inventors, authors, and artists. Our current technical focus is in the areas of engineering and computer science.
